Refunds and Fee Transfers

All sales are final and there are no refunds. There are no refunds on registration or tuition fees paid. Registration and Tuition are not refundable.

Hold Harmless Waiver - DANCE CLASSES

Any person participating in dance takes certain incumbent risks. These include, but are not limited to, sprains, pulled muscles, and broken bones. Participation in CCD classes indicates the acceptance of such risks. Persons participating in a CCD class release and hold harmless Christ Center for Dance, Christ Center for Dance personnel, and the host venue from all responsibility in case of accidents or injuries that occur while at Christ Center for Dance, host venue, or performance location.

Hold Harmless Waiver: Health and Fitness

Christ Center for Dance strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise or dance program. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise. The Staff/Volunteers at Christ Center for Dance are not licensed medical care providers and represent that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in these dance classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Christ Center for Dance staff and volunteers from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Christ Center for Dance negligence.
